How do I rotate Levels in 3D?

When I initially rotated True North or Project North in my project, it seems some of the Levels were not included in the rotation. I used the rotate command in the 3D view and in a floor plan view to no avail, and since I can only see one plane of Levels in my elevations views I figure that is not a good view in which to work on this. Is there a way to rotate Levels besides another round of rotating True or Project North?

I realize the rotation of the Levels will not geometrically affect their performance since a level is a plane and therefore not bound by the lines representing it, rather the lines are simply a graphical aid to show each Level's elevation. Nonetheless I would like to rotate it to match the others so the 3D views look more professional.

@Redrunner92, you can create a scope box, rotate it, and then assign the level element to the scope box.  When doing this, make sure the vertical extents of the scope box intersect the level elevations.  After the levels have been rotated, the scope box can be deleted.

Not this time, the scope box rotation method did what I needed. I will keep this in mind if it happens again though.
