How do i create Adaptive Panel Family with an offset (spacing)?

Hello, I have to create a adaptive panel family . The family is to be created such that wen it is placed on the surface it will have a customized offset on all four sides.

Host a ref point on each ref plane of an adaptive point and set the offset from host. Then create lines through the ref points, and create from lines.
