Is it possible to connect vertical columns and slanted beams here (without using a custom wall profile to get that frame shape)? I tried trim/extend and cope, it keeps showing ignored connection error.
How do I connect beams and columns properly?

One is draw the column as a beam, rotate it to vertical on the elevation, then use beam miter tool.
