How did I hide the cut hatch pattern on these walls?

I opened an old project I did, and I can't for the life of me figure out what I did to these walls.
They are just basic walls, but they're not showing hatch, even though they should.

There are:
- no overrides in Visibility/Graphics for walls
- no override graphics by element in view
- no filters
- wall material does have a cut hatch to it
- cut plane in View range is set at 15cm and the wall is 30cm high, so it definitely does cut through it

- detail level doesn't matter, hatch hidden at all levels.

My goal is to recreate this in another project, I went to see how I did it in the old one, and can't figure it out. When I recreate everything in a new project, I'm getting a hatched wall.
I know I can use any of the previously mentioned overrides, but it's bugging the hell out of me that I can't remember what I did in the old one, and it has to be something with the walls because they retain this behaviour when copied into a new project.

Low wall behavior.

Make Top Constraint=Level 2 and drop the height via Top Offset

Oh, right, missed that one. I'll have to brush up on what's hidden, how and when depending on view range.

Thanks!
