How can we resolve the union of floor layers?

Is it right? How can I resolve this?

I suggest  ,beside joining floor, to intercalate a short wall ( as you will do anyway if the floors will be at a biger distance) of the same material as the floor core:

1. join the two floors
2. make a wall of the same material as the core of the floors 
3. in a section view, align the wall as necessary - Image 01
4. in section view , join the wall with the floor - Image 02
5. in section view stretch the wall so  to be entirely into the floors - Image 03

If you have a more complicated section , you can use,also, but only for 2d , the Cut Profile from View..

Yes, it is an ingenious solution.
In this line, i try introduce a structural beam, which may be more consistent.

I tried the 2 options and both solves half the problem. Look the image.

I do not understand the whole algebra of resolution structure of priority layers of walls / floors.
Try it with aline walls, dont work with a logical solution
