How can I offset window tag location in elevation?

In elevation view, window tags appear in the center of the window. On a double-hung window they land right over the frame of the sash making them hard to read. Is there any way to make them offset up like 10" ? I know I can move them all manually but that is obv obnoxious.

- If you want to use the same tag on plan and elevation the simply select a tag on elevation view, right click, select all in view, then nudge or move them up or down at once.

- Or create another tag family for elevation, where you move the symbol in the family off center.
