how can i make that family parameter to appear in tags

I've tried to find an answer in the web 

my goal is simple

I want that some family parameter to appear in tags like the one highlight selected below

it's possible at all? if not I'll need to write this manually each time

They have to be Shared parameters, added to model families and tag families.

how can I make them shared parameter? what is the process? 

when I checked shared parameter it doesn't give me the option to export it
