How can I figure out how to use the parameter of a toilet partition family?

I downloaded a toilet partition family, but when I Load to the project the appearance changes how can I figure out how to add or remove the different parts in order to adjust it to a determined space.

The image above is showing the Toilet Partition when I open it as family revit family mode. 

on the image below I just marked an area I want to know how to remove or add depending on the situation.

As you can see when I load it to the project it appears without the aditional area.  There is an array paramenter when tryng to enlarge it. So I was wondering how can modify it

 I left the Revit file

That portion is in Visibility...

Any parameter with ( default ) written, is " Instance Parameter "

you can use once its loaded in the project...

You can always select the element, and check the " Visibility " association to " Instance Parameter "

look at the screen cast showing that visibility and some other Instance parameter..

Thank you so much, I really got confused with your video I'm going to take some time to review it and check every, detail,  I'm trying to learn how to use parameters. Do you recommend me using this family for my project? or should i do a partition by myself?

Thank you so much Ganesh I took the time to watch the video, you are definitely a Pro. 

That family has a lot of parameters, but I'm going to follow the steps. I had to watch a tutorial to create a parametric door and window, to have an idea on how parameters work, then I watched your video, and  could relate. 

I was wondering how can I control the array parameters  to specify the distance spacing..  like to specify a distance for the regular toilet cubicle and the disabled toilet cubicle.  So the one that is named ambulant is for the disabled? the portion that I couldn't see. 

Whenever I try to modify the distance by dragging the arrows, an aditional partition is created or is removed, when trying to adjust the distance by dragging them.
