How can I edit a family extrusion using thin lines?

I want the selected extrusion to be shown in very thin lines

I want he extruded circle to be normal lines

How do i change just the anchor?

I would usually go about this by object styles but that changes both.

Create a new subcategory under object styles and assign the extrusion to it.  Then you can change the lineweight of the subcategory.
