Like that post, i used my last project to design a new project. But when i text on Department parameter of Room. There're a lot of previous text that i don't want to see. I deleted all room in my project but they still be there. How can i delete it? Sorry cause my wrong grammar. Please help me if you have any idea for this. Thank you very much.

When you delete rooms from your project they are not deleted from the project. They just get a status of not placed. Create a room schedule (consider the right phases) and you should see rooms where some of the fields might have "Not Placed". You can delete these rows from the schedule and then they should be gone from the project.
