How Can I Create Detailed Dormer

I am trying to recreate this dormer (see images below). The dormer must be an exact copy of that in the images.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated 🙂

...just to clarify: the SOLID Extrusion AND the VOID Extrusion are modeled together as ONE In-Place Component.
