Anfitrion for object CAD imported

Hi,

I would like to know if I could assign an anfitrion to an imported object from AutoCad in Revit.

When I am going to place in a wall, it cannot adapt its position to it. Thank you.

No, but you can move and rotate it about in Revit.

Why not insert it into a hosted family and use that in the Project instead?

Insert into Revit Family. Check Work Plane Based and Unchecked Always Vertical.  Load Family into Project and place on Face/Work Plane

Thank you so much, but the option place on Face/Work Plane does not
appear when I insert the family in project and I do not know why.

You are misunderstanding. Insert the CAD into a Revit Family Template (RFA).  Check the box next to Work Plane-Based, and uncheck the box next to Always Vertical .  Both check boxes are in the Properties Panel of the Family.  Now, load that Family in your Project (RVT) and place on Host. The host can be a Named Work Plane or a Face.  Look on the Contextual Tab when you place an Instance of the Family in the Project.  You will see both Host options. Pick one.
