Can I creat  entrance steps by creat stair? If yes, how?

Do you mean you are creating a stoop? Just model it with a Floor.

Draw the Stair by Sketch

Set the height of the stair in the Properties.

Draw the risers (Black Lines) and the boundary (Green Lines)

Finish the top of the stair as a landing or a floor.  Floor is probably easier.

nah, i did made it with floor before but it's wrong category if you bring it into schedule, cuz it's not floor at all
