I have an adaptive point family, I have the visibility parameters set to hide them based on a yes no parameter, and in the familys 3D and plan space the adaptive points hide properly, but when its loaded into my model they still show everywhere.

I want to be able to tell the family 14, and only adaptive points 1-14 are visible, and 15 is invisible, like how it operates in the family, but when its loaded into the project environment, it shows the points beyond 14.

I got it.  Did you see the family I posted?

basically it operates that the family has 25 points, if i tell its number of points to be 10, only the lines between 10 will present. it should be that only the 10 points should show as well. so if you could test it out by getting a 1 point to hind in the family properties and then the other show, youll see what my issue is, because its looking like thats not possible and you may run into the same issue, maybe? idk.

A family?  Wow. Some taskmasters you've got over there.  Oh well.

I dont see how to replicate that though. you dont have the points controlled by the visibility parameter. it just works though, youre a magician lol.

Oh I thought the family explained itself...

You need to place one ref point hosting on each adaptive point so that they move along with the adaptive point, then you can assign a visibility parameter to each ref point.

Bingo. Didn't notice the ref points camouflaged by the APs.
