help with software

hi mike here newbie  i downloaded the revit trial and didn't get any families or utilities 

so i can't place doors or windows

can anybody help thanks mike

You should go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program.

Look for Autodesk Revit Content Libraires 2018.

Select Uninstall/Change

Add/Remove Features

Select the Region Content you wish do download.

Click on Next.

i did that tried to load families window opened files were empty
it should be in the program that i downloaded y wouldn't be
sounds to hard may have to look for other all in one programs
