Help with missing custom patterns in new material library

Hi everyone.

When creating a library of materials and configuring them, I noticed that when I open the library in another project and insert the previously configured materials, the hatches that I previously configured disappear, forcing me to reconfigure everything again.
Has anyone gone through this? Do you know how to solve it?
Thank you for your time and help.

In the image above, it shows that when reloading the material, the hatch returns without configuration, forcing me to reconfigure everything again.

Patterns do not get embedded in the adsklib…but to the project.

You might want to consider one of the following options

  • Either Upload such patterns and materials to you project template
  • or create a blank new project template for materials and patterns. When needed use transfer project standards load such material into any future model
  • use Autodesk Construction Cloud Material Library

below GIF is from a similar post but should clarify the basic idea

Thanks buddy.

I will follow the example of saving directly to the template and not to the material library.
Thank you very much for the support.
