Help with family model

Help!  I would really appreciate someone taking a look at my family model attached.  I need the chair to be able to change widths (seat centre) and whilst I have managed to get the legs to move accordingly, I cannot get the seat and back to adjust in line with a new width.  What am I doing wrong?

You need to lock the seat extrusion to the reference planes which you dimensioned and labeled seat width
