There are different methods to create this, but I would suggest using the sloped glazing tool for this.

don't suppose anyone could show me? sure it would only take a few minutes if I knew where to start

Sloped glazing uses the same principles as curtain walls.

In this example, I drew the outline using the sloped glazing tool (under roofs), and made one of the sides slope defining (as in roof creation). I then added some curtain grids and applied some mullions.  You can choose different mullions if you require.
