That is a very broad question.  I could tell you the list of things not in Revit but it would take 200 pages and you would be tired reading it after maybe one and half pages.  How about you tell us what you are trying to draw first.  And no, "some creative drawings" is not descriptive enough.

If your idea of "creative" is lots of irregular shapes and curved designs like Gehry, keep looking.

Not saying it isn't possible...just for a new user it will seem so.
