Help - Faster Floor Tagging

Hi, I’m tagging floors in an apartment building E.g. “2 Bedroom Type A 600sqft”. There is 69 apartments altogether and 18 different types of apartment. Each of the 18 apartment types is made in a group.

At the moment I have to go into each individual instance of the group and ‘mark’ the floors in the identity panel, one by one, 69 times, before I can tag the apartments.

My question is: is there way to mark every floor in the group all at once, in effect tagging 18 floors rather than 69?

By "Tagging", do you mean attaching a Detail Group to a Model Group?

I’m using a floor tag to tag the floor held within the group. That floor is then marked with the apartment type and the tag displays the area of the floor.

Okay, so you can make the "tag" a Detail Group and use Attach Detail Group to attach this "tag" to other like Model Groups.  Is that what you are doing now?

...basically, the workflow is to edit a Model Group and use the "Attach" tool to ADD an existing Tag to the Group. Then you select other like Model Groups and use the "Attach Detail Group" to attach that Detail Group to the selected Model Group.

Tag one group. Edit the group and add those tags to create an accompany detail group, finish. Now you can select the same groups and use Attach Detail Group from the ribbon tools.
