HELP!!!! Can't measure to sloped parking garage

I recently received a Revit file where I exported the model to Naviswork for clash detection.  The parking garage in the Revit model shows a finished floor elevation of -11'-0".  But the garage floor also slopes down in areas below the -11'-0".  When I load the model into Naviswork and try to measure point to point from the bottom side of an object the finished garage floor.  The measuring point stops at the -11'-0" mark even thought you can clearly see that there is more distance to go before you reach the garage finished floor.  Its almost like the measuring device is stoping and the imaginary -11'-0" FF line even though the floor slopes lower than that point.  The point to point measure tool will not go below this point.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?  Thank you for your help on this matter

I typically draw a small detail line where the floor intersects the dimension position so that I can create the dimension.

There is no correct distance to measure if the floor is sloping, as it varies as it moves.
