Heightdifference between same railings from diffrent models after ifc export

After exporting 2 seperate models to ifc, I ran into a difference in height between 2 railings.

When I copy one of the railings into the other Revit model there is no heightdifference.

But when the models are exported seperatly to ifc and checked in Navisworks there is a heightdifference of 30 mm.

Only difference in Navisworks that I can see is "Railing height", one of the railings has a railingheight of 0,140m, the other 0,170m, 30mm alright.

"Railing height" settings in both Revit files are the same.

Does anybody have any clue of how to fix this?

Hi barthbradley,

Thx for your fast reply.

I always use a custumized setup with my own settings.

Just to be sure I saved and reloaded this setup (json) to both files, unfortunately this made no difference.

Exporting in batch with one and the same setup also didnt do a thing.

I also exported both models using the "In Session Setup" and again, still no change

Hello,

What is the Revit version being used ?

Could you share those projects so we can give it a try ?

Could you also share the resulting IFCs files and a screen shot highlighting the issue ?

Thanks

Regards
