heavy Revit File

Hello every one  

Since I have made changes to the exterior wall of revit ( I have perfored the wall ) the revit file became so heavy 

I can move or duplicate this wall after houres of waiting 

I was asking how to solve this problem

Is those square hole wall profile edit or it is family void embedded into the wall?

I have created a wall then I have edited the profile making the holes by myself

I wouldn't do that.  Instead, apply a Material with a perforated Appearance Asset to a non-perforated, solid panel.
