Having some rookie confusion on display issues

I have 3 confusing display issues that I'm not sure how to fix-

1. You see the recessed can  lights installed in the attachment "Whacked Lighting". Why are they showing in an area down and away from the building, (see level 1 electrical view) and I can select them down below but not in their actual location??

2. In the North Elevation view, the popped out room, upper left corner is obscured by the truss joists which are behind it and shouldn't obscure it. The top left corner of the parapet walls are being blocked and I can't figure out why.

3. I can't find what is controlling the color of my level head bubbles but all of their properties are exactly the same but the lowest elevation has orange hatch in the datum and all the rest are blue.

I just figured out the obscurity issue. I have a plan region blocking the upper left corner of the pop put. and I have removed it. That issue is resolved.

1. Someone messed up the family, if you open the family you'll see that the symbolic representation (the one that's outside of the building) is way off. Move it back, load the family back into project and it'll correct itself.

3. Levels with blue head have plan views, levels with orange head have no plan views. When you create level you can select in the options bar not to create plan view for it.
