Hatch pattern overlapping everything within the family

Hello guys, im trying to draw a 2d palm with an annotation .rte, so when I load in to the project, my hatch overlapping all the lines of the family, anyone can help me?

Regions in Generic Annotations mask everything in the model...Try to model it in a Detail Item family
