Handrails not showing in plan view of multi-level stair

Hi, 

I have some plan views where the handrail is not showing on a multi level stair. Although the railing is showing and they are one component.  And when I select it, it shows up. Any idea how to fix this?  See snips below:

This is multi-level stair shortcoming. It was part of their issue. Your best bet is make the stair not multi-level. Group the stair copy and paste the stair up.
