Handrail artifacts

Handrails in the project are causing artifacts to appear which unfortunately are also visible in Enscape. See screenshot below and attached file. What is causing this?

Complex intersection, set the "default join"- Miter parameter

Thank you, changing the join type to miter fixed it.

Another question: some of the balusters extend above the top rail and/or below the host, see screenshot below. What is causing this issue?
