From 0.2 to 0.3?

from project browser, go to Families>> profiles>> Grondaia - Rettangolare
right click on 200x200
type properties
duplicate, make the new type with the correct dimensions.
after that you can find the new type inside the gutter profile.

Only duplicate the current one and change the profile from type properties with the one you done as per my previous response.

For new gutter, create a new profile family.
