Guardrail layout question

Below, "A" is the standard panel and railing post lines up with column, doable with two railings. Any possible using one continuous railing ? Thanks!

You could do it as one railing.  To control the post locations, split the railing sketch where you want the posts reside.  Use a railing type for the glass panel.
