Yes. Set up Sub-Disciplines for your sheets. You will need to set up a shared parameter, associate it with sheets, and then in browser organization add it to your browser.

Manage>>Project Parameters

Capture.PNG

For Browser Organization -

View>>User Interface>>Browser Organization

Capture.PNG

Here you can add in the new parameter. When you need to move sheets to it, you will see that parameter in the sheet properties and you can enter the sub-discipline that you want to move the sheet to.

You will need one shared parameter called Sub-Discipline (or whatever name makes sense to you). This will be a text parameter that is linked to Views.

Give me a few minutes - waiting for the screencast to load....

Dear rsahayUZMK9, it was so helpful. However, it was about the grouping the views and I am wondering about the grouping the sheets. Thanks for help

My apologies for the miscommunication!

The process to organize sheets is almost. exactly the same. When you create your shared parameter, associate it with views and sheets. Then when you are in the sheet, you can enter Existing or Proposed as the value to organize the sheets in the Properties palette. The sheets will be organized in the Project Browser accordingly.

This thread showed up in my email this morning - an update -

Revit 2025 brought us Sheet Collections. They allow us to group sheets, supports duplicate sheet numbers, and can be used creatively to support Project Browser organization.

For Views and Schedules, the procedure remains the same - use Shared Parameters to edit and organize the Project browser.
