Hi
In revit 2024 I change the UI color to "dark" mode(images below) but then in "Generic Model Pattern Based.rft" file, it's little hard to see the blue grid lines. Also the model lines are white color after changing to dark mode. Is it possible to change the color of the grid and model lines?

Everything can be changed under Manage --> Object Styles.
The Model Lines are categorized as Curtain Panel.
The Grid Lines and Nodes are found in Annotation Tab.
I checked the object styles and they are black color as you see the picture below. It still displays white lines.
If I change the color to white in the object styles then it changes to black lines. Is it because it's in "Dark mode"?? so everything is in opposite color?
Yes, dark mode flips the colours graphically.
One thing to know is that if the linetypes already exist in the project when you load the family into the project they will use the project specified colours. This means you can set the colours to anything you want to make it easier to visualize in dark mode.
