why when I move the line sketch it lags? how can I fix it?

Um... I think the fact that looking at this gives me a headache might have something to do with it...

 

For real, what is it? All of those dimensions have to update whenever you move something.

no, is more like, the program show us the dimension and the line projection, and when you click where you want your line end, all the others lines disappear, is like, extra lines aren't there, they are show, but they doesn't affect the performance, they are like temporal cache, it is show but doesn't do anything, is like when you erase a carpet in windows, but it doesn't erase until you click on refresh the carpet, it is visually there but virtually no, I don't you if you can understand what I mean, I'm pretty sure that is a my laptop's problem, is there any configuration in order to avoid this?

How far away from the Internal Origin is you model? You know Revit has a Maximum Distance Limit of 10 miles; right?

An image without all of the dimensions would be helpful, and attaching the family would be even better.

yes when you click where you want to end the sketch line, the others lines, and dimensions disappear

Disable hardware acceleration. Doubt this will work, but what the heck.  Can't hurt to try.  

 

BTW: if it does work, then I'd look next at the Graphic Card.  Maybe there's an update.
