Glitch when flexing curves in basketweave slat family

I'm trying to make a parametric basketweave fence family. Right now I'm working on the slats. I have the curves flexing properly (finally), but it's giving me one small glitch at the right end. I want it to look like this: 

But when I flex it, it does this every time: 

It doesn't have this problem on the left side. I think I have things aligned and locked properly, but I could be wrong. Is there an issue with my formulas? Why is it doing this?? Such an annoying problem, haha. My family is attached.

It flexes properly here when I change Length.  What did you change that failed?

Well well well, it's working this morning. It was giving that error when I flexed the length yesterday, no matter what I did. I didn't change anything since then but it's not doing it this morning. Who knows what happened but I'm glad it's working now! Thanks for looking at it.
