Generative Design missing from Revit 2021 AEC Collection License

Hello,

It seems that I am missing the Generative Design portion of the Manage ribbon for some reason. We are on an AEC Collection license, so there should be no reason that it is not showing. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Are you using an educational license?

No, I am using our firm's AEC Collection license and preparing to teach the 2021 updates to the rest of the office, including the Generative Design part. I'm the only one with 2021 installed right now, so I can't see if anyone else is having the same issue.

Probably a dumb question to ask a teacher, but you didn't accidentally open an RFA instead of a RVT?

@barthbradley Not a dumb question at all. I'm still human and make mistakes. However, I am not opening an RFA file, it is a RVT file.

Head-scratcher.

Panel undocked?

BTW: There is a recently released GD Hotfix available.  Maybe it corrects this very problem. he, he.

Right? I just have no idea.

I have no undocked panels, and everything is at its default location, as far as I can tell.

I saw that hotfix too, and am working with my IT dept to get it installed on my machine, hopefully tomorrow. I thought that might be the case too, but wanted to double check if there were any other ideas in the interim.
