Gate Valve Family Help

Hopefully none of you are to annoyed with me as I keep trying to solve this issue, so lets do this one family at a time,

Gate Valve,

in classes 600, 900, and 1500

If you open the attached file, and go through the sizes,

being 2 inch and so on,

You see as you go up in size the family seems to mess up in a way,

I believe that I have the dimensions as needed following the other attached file, using page 21 for this family,

but if someone could maybe help me fix the merging parts or anything I messed up in general, that would be greatly appreciated,

Okay I feel I am getting closer but still having some issues,

For the Gate Valves, I don't see the stem changing at all so things are looking not to scale in a way, even if I didn't have it locked or had no formula.

As for the Globe Valves, which I will attach them in reply to this, just something all together is wrong with them.

You need some parameters to adjust the stem handle length as the sizes change. If you look in a 3D view and go from 2" to 12" you'll see everything changes except for the handle length. It just gets swallowed up by the body of the valve. Add a few reference planes and constrain your parameters to those (never constrain to the geometry) and enter the correct handle lengths for each size. Should be a "simple" (I.E. easy but time-consuming) task to fix the valves.
