Furniture Item not visible in plan view but can be seen in elevation and section

I have a hosted furniture item which I designed and I cannot see it in plan view. I tried Visibility and Graphics. I also tried changing the view range but to no success. 

I can see the element in a elevation and section but not in a plan. Can you help please?

• Do you have View Templates (VT) applied to the plan view?
• If you make a new plan view, with no VT applied does it show up?

it might be useful if you can upload your family too  for us to look at :-).

I tried to create another plan view without a view template, but no luck.

in your visibility settings you have the family elements set to Not display in Plan
