Hello Awesome Community! Heart

Welcome to Friday Feature Series # 2...

We would love to hear from you! Smiley Happy

We want to see what kinds of great projects or families people are designing with the Revit software.  What are you working on?  Feel free to add images from your projects.

Sharing an interesting read from Arrowstreet and how they create immersive environments from Revit models and VR tools that enhance the design process.

Best Regards,

They are not really all that exciting. But for what it is worth, here they are.

There were a whole bunch more of the family ones but You don't need to see them all. Not sure if the tower image got used, but the reception desk one did NOT make the cut even though it was the one I spent the most time on.

@loboarch - are these from the family flexing session?  Were you presenting? Rats - I missed meeting you! Can we have idiot-proof directions for the tower? That is SWEET!

No, these images were created for the mainstage presentation done by Amy Bunszel. I was not at AU this year, just playing a supporting role making images and videos to help others look good.  Smiley Happy  The family images were being used to illustrate content that was shipped to customers this year.

That tower was done in Rhino. It was done to illustrate workflows between Revit and Rhino. Same with the honeycomb thing. That was made in Rhino and then brought in to Revit and used on that reception desk. You can see it is part of the front panel on the reception desk.

Awesome! Thank you for sharing @loboarch Smiley Happy

Your reception desk design is interesting (I like the mesh) and I'm sure it will be used elsewhere and be inspirational to the community!

The commercial and residential tower reminds me of the turning torso by  Santiago Calatrava. (a few other examples for our users)

Is the tubular frame design like a standalone structure or connected to the exterior columns?

I'm also posting your favorite design - the US bank stadium (A successful integration of Revit and BIM as you've mentioned)

Yeah thanks. The mesh was the interesting part. That was the Rhino file.

The tower is not my design. It was just a Rhino file we had and decided to use. I don't really know much about it beyond it looked kind of captivating.

Yes it is a really cool project. Great stadium to watch a football game in. It helps that my favorite team (the Vikings) play there. I am right now planning a trip to the Super Bowl this year since the game is in US Bank Stadium.
