where did you get this windows and how was it created?

can you see the frame if you open reveal hidden (RH)?

is the frame on the elevation?

It could a object style issue.

The window looks dashed to me, have you inserted it in the wrong phase?

Select the window and check the phases under your properties.

Hi @diegoaev

I got them from Shuecco.

Yes, I can see it when I open reveal but cannot pick it up to select unhide element.

Yes, frame is on elevation.

Thanks

Thanks @Anonymous it's the window family.

The window frame under fine visibility settings is an imported DWG, imported DWG visibility was switched off in your main model.

Under your visibility graphics (VV for keyboard shortcut, then Imported Catagories tab) switch Imports in families on.

The window family is using CAD detail sfor the frame, so you had to show the import categories that came with that.

Let me know if you needed more help, if not check this as asnwered.

Thanks!

I noticed that some windows have glazing closer to the exterior than others, please find image attached. Is there any way to swipe it?
