Foxit PhantomPDF and PDF reDirect v2

I notice that my Revit printing dialog now shows Foxit Phantom PDF and I don't think that I was aware of that before.  Is that something that installed itself there without my knowledge?  Or the new Revits come with it?

How is that PDF making program compared with others?

Also, specifically, how does it compare to PDF redirect v2 when both are used to make PDFs from Revit?

Not Revit.  Must have installed as part of another installation.
