Formula to control visibility parameters based on Family Type parameter

I'm trying to make a formula that unchecks 4 visibility parameters based on a family type parameter selected. The family type parameter is a nested family. Any suggestions?

Notice how these three yes/no parameters are constrained with family type parameters.

Thanks for the reply. I think I should have been clearer about what I'm looking for and I'm not sure it can be done. I'd like to turn off 4 visibility parameters if any other type besides Type 1 is selected. However I still want the ability to individually turn them on sometimes even if Type 1 is selected. Like I said I'm not sure it's possible.

More information... I have a door family which contains a nested 2D door swing and 2D mirrors and hooks. I also have 3D versions (panels) for elevations... If the user selects anything except the flush version I want to turn off the mirrors and hooks. However if the user selects the flush type there are times when I do want mirrors and hooks to display and times when I do not want them to display. I don't thing it's possible to do without additional nested versions or separate families of the flush type which I want to avoid. Thanks.

You 're complicating things too much.
