Floor section is weird

Floor section is weird. How to solve this and make it look like as in the left example?

Change the View's detail level to Medium or Fine.

I the previous picture it is set on 'fine'.

Do you know what else makes it occur like this?

Does the 3D section box actually cut the floor or are we looking at the edge of it?

The edge of the actual model in 3D.

In the section it looks just normal. But, in the 3D model it is different.

You will not see the layers of the floors or the walls unless they are cut (by a section in 2D or a section box in 3D). If you want to see the layers at the edge of a floor or a wall without cutting it, you need to Create Parts from it and set the view to Show Parts.

I cannot find 'Show Parts'.

Also " https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2016/EN... " says something about 'where to find the option'. But, I cannot find it in Revit 2017. The internet is not that clear about it.

Do you know where to find it.

I am trying to connect the floors and the walls. But 'Join, Attach to Base and Create parts' does not work here.

The wall is one whole piece and let not interfere other floors fairly.

Do you know how to connect this in these kind of circumstances?
