Flickering Geometry Help

I can't for the life of me figure out why I'm having such bad flickering geometry.  I have tried "join geometry" of walls and floors.  I've tried detaching and reattaching the walls from the base and the upper floors.  I've tried deleting floors and redrawing them and still nothing.  Any help or guidance would help.

If this is helpful I'm using just generic walls and floors.  Any help would greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Did you modeled a building before?

Was it working good then?

I am not sure if this is the solution for you but check the link below:

Graphic card flickering and other issues Revit 2015

can you give me a piece of the model?

just make a group of a few walls and floors an save that.

Select some walls and floors an click Make Group

Goto the Revit menu, Save As, Library and select Group.

If it's not a geometry issue, I wonder if it could be a video card issue. Have you tried turning off Hardware Acceleration? On a previous computer I had a similar issue where I windows showed through my buildings. Turning off Hardware Acceleration fixed it.

To turn off Hardware Acceleration go to the Application Menu >> Options >> Graphics.

I hope that helps...

Thanks for the advice - I fixed it and I don't know why it worked.  I tried turning off graphics acceleration and it didn't fix the flicker, and it seemed like overall performance slowed down.  What I did do to fix it was press one face of the "cube" to switch to an elevation view in the 3d viewer.  For some reason when I panned out of it the flicker is gone.  It worked closing out of Revit and opening it back up.

I'm on a surface book pro if anyone else runs into this issue on this machine.  Hopefully this helps.

Thanks again for the advice!
