Flex Tokens (Cloud Credits) Not Adding to Account

These new Flew Tokens I just purchased are not adding to my Autodesk account. I am trying to render through the cloud. I have only a few Cloud Credits left, and apparently you cannot buy more cloud credits. How do I add these new Flex Tokens to my "Render in Cloud"  dialogue box??

I might be mistaken but I am pretty sure that Autodesk's email on switching from Credits to Flex tokens starts End of March 2022 and till then you should still be able to get Credits

Edit...

Yes that is what it said

Thanks for the response. When I try to purchase more cloud credits it automatically redirects me to purchase tokens. Either they are not selling any more cloud credits or the new tokens don't work with my version of Revit which is pre-subscription model...

Did you assign a user to Flex in the Account?

What I know is that it will be applicable to all products...ie: all which used cloud credit. And that all cloud credits remaining will be gone

The issue was the flex tokens will not be supported on versions of revit 2018 or earlier. Unfortunately, it's time to upgrade if you want to continue using their cloud services.

Yeah well that is not something new... Autodesk support extends only 5 versions back...ie: 2018 support will end in a couple of months considering that V2023 is around the corner
