First floor is not appearing in second floor with underlay on

I am trying to place one of my plans that was in the first floor to the second. I copied the floor onto the second floor but when I turn the underlay on the right way the first floor drawing doesn't appear. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thank you. Below are some screenshots.
