Presently I am employed with a company that has designed and created their own View template that we use for every project we do. They have created their own wall structures that they deem necessary in our line of work and eliminated the rest. The owner has asked me to change of a particular exterior wall that the architect has put in but because they have created a template with their own set of walls I do not the availability to go inside Revit Families and retrieve the wall I need out of families. How do I find the Revit selection of walls the come along with the program when it is installed?

Thank you for your help

Create a new project and choose an OOTB project template.

By the way, there is nothing magical with OOTB wall types, you can just create the wall type that the owner needs by duplicating an existing type or even new from scratch.

Open a new Project using the Default Template and Open another Project using your Company Template.  Now, in your Company Project use Transfer Project Standards to transfer the Wall Types from the Default Project. Or just use Clipboard Copy/Paste to copy selected Wall Types from the Default over to yours.   Save as Template if you want.
