Find revision clouds in project

Any time I change something in the model, I make a revision and cloud it or tag the sheet as a way of documenting changes.  However sometimes those changes won't get issued right way and may get issued later with other changes (revisions).  Some how I have 2 revisions with the same description in a project file.  Is there a way to locate the clouds and/or sheets that each revision is attached to so that I can combine under just 1 revision?

2 Ways...

  • Use Dynamo if you want it free of charge
  • Get a plugin several does has Revision management - There is one from Ideate, another from Evolabs and of course there is pyrevit which no longer suppoerted  (there are some paid some free)

There is a very useful free plugin called "PyRevit" It has some nifty revision tools you make like

You can use a Sheet List schedule to see Current Revisions for each sheet. Just one of the many ways you can use schedules to review the data in your model.😁

This should be the accepted solution because it is the easiest to implement. Thank you.

It is up to the OP to decide which suggestion(s) to mark as the solution(s) that they choose. Even non-solutions get marked as such, sometimes.
