Filled Region is Misaligned when Exported to CAD

Hello,

We are currently working on drawings in Revit for Architectural formwork pattern (using filled region). Printing in PDF is no problem, but every time we export the drawing in CAD, the pattern lines will be misaligned. Please see attached photos;

Have anyone experienced the same case? Is there a way to avoid misalignment when exporting to CAD?

Will greatly appreciate if someone can share a solution.

The only thing that I can think of is making sure that the destination hatch pattern is not automatically generated by CAD. May involve some tweaking of the actual pattern itself, or possibly navigating back to the .PAT file that the Revit pattern came from, since CAD and Revit can use the same .PAT files.
