Fill Title Block

May sound like a simple question but actually not sure how to fill a Revison title block, add description etc..?

This is controlled by the Project Information. Go to the Manager Tab > Project Information Button

Thanks. I want to add a new revision and a decsription I dont see there any field with that info..

Revisions are done using clouds, tags and schedules, see below link for more info
