File save no file date change in windows explorer

I saved a project but the date of the file did not change in windows explorer?

(1) This file is not a part of a central file

(2) saved and exited revit.

(3) closed and restarted windows explorer

(4) did a search of c drive for todays date and found file listed that I had save with correct date in this window, but in the actual folder date is wrong.

(5) opened the file and it was saved with latest changes.

It fine since it did save, but I sometimes rely on the date to locate files. Anyone ever heard of this bug? See attach jpegs and you can see it is the same folder.

my system specs:

As you can see on the properties on the lower right on picture 2 it shows the correct properties on the file.

The one you tag as "File as shown in the Folder?weird!" is the creation date.

Open explorer..

Right click the Name or any of the properties obove the files and click date modified.

That's should do the trick

Windows 7 Home, Pro and Ultimate are all the same.

If you can see when you right click the "Name" and click "More".

There are still more properties that you can add to the file explorer.
