File not loading

So when I try to load in a component and go to edit type and click on load, I go and try to load a file under-US Imperial>Profiles>Finish Carpentry. But it won't load the file in! I went on all types of forums where people asked similar questions but none of their solutions are solving my problem! So when people answer my questions, I will see if their solution works, and will let you all know if it did or not so if it didn't work then others can see if maybe their solution that's different could work. So please keep up to date with this forum and help me out! Thank You!!!

I hope i can help you:

The profiles that you have been brought in for use within a family. If you are in a family, you can pick it up and apply it to a Sweep, for example.

So I think I figured it out. Let me know if I am wrong. So under Architecture tab>Wall: Sweep>Edit Type under properties>then under Construction you choose your profile. And to load in different profiles into there, you go to the Insert tab>select Load Family, and then just load whatever family you want.
